The qualified employee for market and social research (German designation: Fachangestellte/r für Markt- und Sozialforschung, short: FAMS) has an eclectic range of tasks at rc. As project assistant he/she supports the organisation and the execution of a majority of project steps relevant in the institute. Such as

• Preparation and programming of questionnaires
• Organisation and administration of phone, online, or address samples
• Editing and controlling the interview progress
• Editing and assessing the surveyed data
• Creation of graphic reports and presentations
