rc - research & consulting GmbH, Bielefeld, Germany, has been hired to conduct this survey. rc is a member of the BVM (Berufsverband Deutscher Markt- und Sozialforscher e.V. - Professional Association of German Marketing and Social Researchers) and strictly adheres to the guidelines of the BVM, ADM (Berufsverband der Deutschen Markt- und Sozialforschungsinstitute e.V. - Professional Association of German Marketing and Social Research Institutes) professional associations, ESOMAR (European Society for Opinion and Market Research), and of course to the applicable data protection laws in Germany (BDSG neu, TDDSG) and the provisions of the EU data protection regulation. rc is registered with the relevant data protection regulatory authority and has named an internal data protection agent.

Personal information which you provide during the interview will be treated confidentially and made available to our client only in a statistically summarised form. Conclusions about you personally or, in the case of company surveys, your company, are excluded. rc guarantees the anonymity of the people and companies who participate in our surveys. All the information you provide is voluntary.

Your information will be used exclusively for the above-mentioned purpose of anonymous, summarised evaluation of market research studies. Your data will not be used for advertising purposes. We will never provide contact data for you or your company to third parties.

The data gathered in the survey will be collected in our data processing system and stored for evaluation. During the evaluation period, your contact data will be stored for control purposes and deleted after the conclusion of the evaluation.

When you visit the rc website, no personal data will be collected or stored unless you explicitly enter it in contact forms for direct contact with rc. The data entered there will be used exclusively for this purpose and will also not be provided to third parties under any circumstances.

The websites used by rc use the most up-to-date encryption technology to protect the data from external access by third parties. When you participate in an rc survey, you will receive an individual survey URL from us. The answers you provide during the survey cannot be seen or altered by other people at any time, provided you do not give the URL to anyone.

You have the right to obtain, correct, restrict of processing, delete, informate, data transferability and objection to your data. In that case or if you have additional questions, please contact dataprivacy@r-c-online.com.
